Can I take my vehicle to any repair center?
As the owner of a motor vehicle damaged in an accident, by law you have the right to choose the repair shop of your choice.

Do I need more than one estimate?
No. Do not waste your time shopping for estimates. Select a repair facility, then notify your insurance company, or ask the shop to make the call on your behalf. Your insurance adjuster may have to inspect the damage...this can be done at the repair center.

Should I notify my insurance company?
Most policies require notification. Before authorizing any repairs, notify your insurance company and tell them where the damaged vehicle can be inspected.

Is the work guaranteed?
Five Star Collision Center, Inc. guarantees the collision work done to your vehicle. Ask to see a copy of the shop's written guarantee before repairs are started.
